How Runwise found the waste
Lemle & Wolff installed Runwise Smart Toilet Monitoring across all 123 units. After fixing a few running toilets, average daily use dropped from 86,313 gallons to 40,499, a 53% reduction.
Results
$300,000 in annual savings
Cutting daily use by 45,814 gallons saved about $801.74 a day. In the first 100 days, that reached $88,443, putting the building on track for an estimated $300,103 a year, with leaks now flagged the moment they start.
