By providing your mobile number and opting in to receive SMS from us, you consent to receive text messages as described below. The phone numbers obtained through the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
If you have consented to receive text messages from Runwise, you may receive messages related to appointment reminders, service alerts, and customer support.

“Hello, thank you for contacting Runwise. How can we assist you? Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Message and data rates may apply. For assistance, text HELP or visit our privacy policy and terms of service.”
Our SMS message frequency will range from 1 to 5 messages weekly across all users. Actual frequency may vary based on your interactions with us.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. After you send STOP, you will receive one final message to confirm your opt-out, and then you will receive no further SMS communications from us. You can opt back in at any time by replying START.

Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and network operator; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS services may not be available in all areas or with all carriers or devices.
You must be the account holder or have the account holder’s permission to enroll a mobile number. You represent that you are 18 years or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and that you have the authority to agree to these Terms.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted at runwise.com/sms-terms-of-service with a revised “Effective date.” Your continued participation in the SMS Program after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
